Grant Ford uses Apple, Pecan and Oak woods when smoking, the type of wood used is based on the type of meat to be smoked.

Smoked Sausage with cheese (chilled)
Smoked by the BBQ'n Fool with my Signature Seasoning. Other rubs available, a selection of sauces also.
Available in 1 lb. units and 5 lb. tins - Whole Brisket and Pork Butts can be ordered.
Full rack or 1/2 rack (per bone available)
Each one approximately 5 oz or more each
Whole tenderloin or cut into medallions or Pork Loin cut into steaks.
Chopped Chicken available

My wife's favorite smoked meat...really. Approximately 4-5 oz before smoking
These are special order and will require full payment in advance. (orders begin late October)
They will be in a half tin, wrapped in an oven bag and covered with foil. After smoking they weight between 8-9 lbs. - all meat white and dark together. Smoked with apple wood, injected and a special mix seasoning is used. These smoked turkeys are unique and will taste moist & wonderful!

Hey would you like to talk BBQ, when we say BBQ or Barbecue is is not Grilling that is a different technique for cooking. BBQ is a style which you are cooking with indirect heat and smoke. You can say it Low and Slow is a common term. While Grilling is Hot and Fast. Let's talking Barbecue or Grilling so I can help you the best I can. I have been Barbecuing or Smoking since 1999, I do grilling also, but my awards and expert knowledge is the Barbecue.
